Do's
- Take complete rest upto 36 hours after arrival.
- Move slowly and breath deeper to get used to higher oxygen levels.
- While in trekking use water purification tablets or boiled water or fresh water bottles.
- Eat out a decent and a clean place to avoid gastro problems.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol in initial days.
- Contact a doctor or hospital immediately if feel any.
- Refil your water bottles or cans at refill points in market instead of buying more plastic bottles.
Don'ts
- Do not indulge in any type of intimate activity with your partners in public.
- Do not take photographs of people without asking first nor inside any religious place without the permission of the incharge.
- Flash photography is harmful to ancient wall paintings and tapestry.
- Do not carry any plastic bags.
