Do's
  • Take complete rest upto 36 hours after arrival.
  • Move slowly and breath deeper to get used to higher oxygen levels.
  • While in trekking use water purification tablets or boiled water or fresh water bottles.
  • Eat out a decent and a clean place to avoid gastro problems.
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol in initial days.
  • Contact a doctor or hospital immediately if feel any.
  • Refil your water bottles or cans at refill points in market instead of buying more plastic bottles.
Don'ts
  • Do not indulge in any type of intimate activity with your partners in public.
  • Do not take photographs of people without asking first nor inside any religious place without the permission of the incharge.
  • Flash photography is harmful to ancient wall paintings and tapestry.
  • Do not carry any plastic bags.
